Any school employee who suspects that child has been abused or neglected shall report this suspicion to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services.  The superintendent shall make known to principals and they, in turn, shall make known to teachers and other personnel the appropriate telephone number for such reports.

The principal of the school attended by the suspected abuse victim shall be informed that a report has been made.  The principal, in turn, shall inform the superintendent.
