Student due process rights shall be printed in the Parent-Student Handbook. The Parent- Student Handbook shall be distributed to parents and students on an annual basis. Parents and students shall sign a notification form indicating that they have read and understand their rights and responsibilities. A student who has reached the age of majority shall be required to sign the notification form.
