All individuals are urged by the Board to report any incidents of vandalism to school property, including the name(s) of the person or persons believed to be responsible. Each employee of the District shall report to the principal of the school incidents of vandalism, and, if known, the names of those responsible. All reports shall be forwarded to the office of the Superintendent.

The Superintendent or his/her designee is authorized to sign a criminal complaint and to file a formal request to the court for restitution as part of any criminal action brought by the police.
