Any part-time vacant teaching positions that meet the New Hampshire Department of Education Critical Shortage definition shall be posted.  Individuals secured for such positions shall be compensated at a rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour.  Should the hours of the position change the position shall be reposted.  The intent of this policy is not to violate any Federal or State law.
